What niche blogs can be ranked without any SEO? I am thinking to do this for a finance blog.

Some easier niches that other internet bloggers are not targeting can be ranked with this approach. But what will you get even after getting ranked for this ? These will not be money keywords and thus you will not make any money at all.

Some of these blogs can be profitable. Like you can get traffic on the site through these posts. From these posts, create links on these posts to money articles and drive sales through affiliates.
