Why are the withdrawal rates of WazirX so high? I am comparing with binance and it seems to be very costly.

The withdrawal rates are not so high. It is at the same level of other Indian exchanges like Zebpay. You can convert to coins like ripple and then transfer if you want to save withdrawal fees.
