Do you feel that threads platform from Facebook is a complete failure? Or there are chances that it can also become as big as Twitter one day?

It was in news for some time but after that it completely died. It had no advantage over Twitter and thus no one gave attention to it. FB is trying to promote it through Instagram but still there is no major growth on users.
