My 6 month old website lost all rankings

I had a 6 month old website in health niche. Recently, it had lost all rankings and now getting almost no traffic from Google. I managed to reach about 1000 pageviews daily before this happened. I have not used any AI content on the website ever. Anyone has idea on how to recover from this ?

This might have happened because of Google august update. You should improve the content and build more backlinks.
