Why are Litecoin prices not moving up ?

Litecoin is such a great project. Bur the price of this coins is very stable, it is not moving up from long time. What is the reason ?
I saw that yesterday litecoin prices dropped about 10% on same day because bitcoin ETF news was found to be denied. It is yet not confirmed but the effect is there.
