I am planning to sell my land and invest in some altcoin. Is Dogecoin a god choice for investment ?

Now, even Elon Musk stopped promoting Dogecoin. I do not see much scope for growth of this coin. Also, it is not going to get organic growth because it has not got any application in real life.
