Can bitcoins reach ATH before December 2023 ?

Bitcoin touched the all time high of about $60000 during it's peak time. What are the chances that Bitcoin can reach its
ATH before December 2023 ?

Now only 1.5 months is left and this much time is not enough for it to reach ATH. But next year there are good chances.

December passed and and it did not reach ATH. But now ATH is possible before May 2024. Halving is also going to happen around same time.
