Is there good demand for .ai domains ?

Recently, vision.ai sold for 100,000 USD on 2024-01-01. Many other .ai domains were recently acquired for very good prices. Will this trend continue in 2024 also ?

I have also seen that lot of people are reporting successful domain flips involving. Ai domains. I expect lot of saturation in this extension also in coming months.
