They finally get paid in INR only. Their earnings are calculated in dollars but on the payment day, it is converted in INR. Like if your total earning is $100 , you will be paid INR 8000 at current conversion rate in the bank you have added.

All the payment is shown in dashboard in dollars. But at the time of payment, the dollars are converted into INR. There is no option for Indian YouTube creators to get paid in dollars.
